I've just started reading The History of Love by Nicole Krauus. The main character has just made reference to one of his favourite stories as a child, the Little Prince by Antione de Saint Exupery. It just so happens that I loaded that audio book on to my ipod last night. Weird huh?

Went into a local surf shop last night to pick up a gift for a friend's bday. Thought I would just ask if they had any Mini Malibu's there. Proceeded to make a total fool of myself when I didn't realize that they were a hugely popular category of board...I had just thought there were a few models and they were probably hard to come by. I'm sure the guy thought I was a total nutter and had never surfed a day in my life.

Must eat...very hungry.
