After my run this morning I am off to the UBC Apple Festival at the UBC Botanical Gardens. I've been told I need to try the Ambrosia, a variety that has only recently been discovered. Soo excited. Trent and I made apple pie on the weekend and it was so good that I might attempt a few little ones that I can freeze so I can have pie when ever I want it.
