I'm not sure if I mentioned but my job in Van has been made permanent...it doesn't look like I will be sorting mail in Deline anytime soon :( I'm now responsible for Marketing and Sponsorships for BC & Yukon Territory. I've been pushing for the NWT but it seems like the Prairies aren't ready to give it up.

My first official sponsorship assignment is working on our figure skating sponsorship. This should be interesting as we have a hockey player (me), a speed skater (my branch lead) working with a figure skating club that is new to hosting an event of this size. "What do you mean checking isn't allowed?"
